These terms of use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the investor portal (the "Portal") operated by Nexus Connect AS, a Norwegian private limited company registered in Oslo ("Nexus", "we", "us"). Please read them carefully before using the Portal.
By signing in to or otherwise using the Portal, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the Portal.
The Portal is a cloud-based service that gives shareholders and investors insight into and an overview of their investments in the company. The service includes, among other things:
Nexus and the Portal do not provide legal, tax, financial or investment advice. All information in the Portal is for informational purposes only. You are responsible for seeking qualified advice in relation to your investments.
Access to the Portal requires authentication via Vipps MobilePay with BankID. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at hei@nexuscap.no if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Access to the Portal requires that you are a registered shareholder or investor in the relevant company. Nexus reserves the right to refuse or revoke access if that is not the case.
Nexus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Portal solely for your personal investment purposes.

The data presented in the Portal about your portfolio originates from the Company and its shareholder register. Nexus is responsible for presenting this data in a secure and accurate manner, but is not responsible for errors or omissions in the Company's underlying data.
Where Nexus processes personal data on behalf of the Company as a processor, such processing is governed by a data processing agreement. Our Privacy Policy describes how Nexus processes personal data as a controller.
Nexus uses commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control and regular security reviews.
The Portal, including its software, design, trademarks and documentation, is the exclusive property of Nexus Connect AS and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Information in the Portal about your portfolio is for your personal use and must not be redistributed without written consent from the Company.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus' total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed NOK 1,000.
Nexus is under no circumstances liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data, goodwill or business opportunities, even if Nexus has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
THE PORTAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEXUS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PORTAL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
You may stop using the Portal at any time. Contact us at hei@nexuscap.no if you want your data deleted.
Nexus may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal with immediate effect if: (a) you materially breach these Terms; (b) you are no longer a shareholder or investor in the Company; or (c) we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Portal ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8 and 9 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Norwegian law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted resolved through amicable negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be decided with Oslo District Court as the venue.
Nexus reserves the right to change these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice in the Portal at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Portal after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
